Better Off's Shot Bar gives patients a quick, flexible way to choose targeted injectable nutrients based on their goals. Start with a simple B12 shot, customize it with selected add-ons, or choose one of our more comprehensive metabolic or specialty formulations.
Shots are administered in-office after appropriate screening and are selected based on the individual rather than treated as one-size-fits-all wellness products.

Weight Management & Metabolic Support

MIC
MIC combines methionine, inositol and choline — nutrients involved in normal lipid metabolism and related metabolic pathways. It is one of our simpler lipotropic options and may be selected as part of a broader weight-management program.
UltraBurn
UltraBurn is our more comprehensive lipotropic/metabolic formulation. Zion Pharmacy's current formula includes methionine, inositol, choline, L-carnitine, multiple B vitamins, methylcobalamin B12, leucine, vitamin C and chromium, along with other formulation components.
Antioxidant & Cellular Support
ALA — Alpha-Lipoic Acid
Alpha-lipoic acid participates in mitochondrial enzyme systems and cellular redox biology. It functions as an antioxidant and has been studied in metabolic and oxidative-stress pathways.
Specialty Shots
Vitamin D
Injectable vitamin D may be appropriate for selected patients based on individual needs, history and clinical assessment.
